The Headstay
My take on the classic Pig design of the late 50’s early 60’s with a few modern adjustments. Built from classic weight foam with Volan glassing. Wide point way back, minimal rocker, a D-fin glassed right on the tail, and rolled bottom — tip to tail as the traditional boards were made. The modern refinements come with a bit less bulky of a 50-50 rail and a more refined foil that allows for a more modern approach to surfing this classic design from one of my favorite era’s in the history of surfing.
